Can Nero burn BIN/CUE format?

I tried to burn a CD that was in BIN/CUE file format using Nero Burning ROM 7, but with no success. Here is what I did:

1. I checked to see if the CUE file had any path information. It did not.
2. In Nero Burning ROM 7, I selected Recorder, Burn Image.
3. Selected All Files *.*
4. Selected the CUE file.
5. Clicked Open.

A blank panel opened up, and that was as far as I could go. What did I do wrong?

But why didn't it work with Nero? I thought that I did everything correctly?
