Is it possible to burn a game in parts on CDRWs using Nero?

So that when I run the install, after it's done with one disc it ask for the next one.

Never heard of someone wanting to split games. Normally people wanna put a 4 game disc onto DVD. gamecopyworld might have instructions they do for converting into DVD

this used to be asked a bit a couple years ago. in short, no, i don't think there is, as that would require re-writing substantial code in the game, which is something most people can't do and few people want to do. i could be wrong, though.
