Using Nero, and set to make a Audio C/D, and using a CD-R blank..

My newly recored C/D will play in my computer and my 2000 Dodge Truck, but not in my Masda Truck that has a Alpine 7835R..

I am using a Dell puter with Windows Xp

I might add I have burnt C/Ds with this setup B-4, But I don't remember if it was b-4 adding my DVD burner..EXT DVD BURNER LG|GSA-2164D R.. Any maybe I did not have Nero b-4 adding my DVD burner..

well........ is it possible that you recorded the CD as an MP3 CD..... and your computer and dodge truck can play mp3 cds but your Masda truck's alpine player can't? that is a possibility. or the masda truck doesn't like the cd you burned to.

Thanks , but I burnt this using Audio C/D not MP3.. And this is the 5th CD burnt with the same results

is it a new player?
and it was a finalised cdr not a cd-rw?

I have burnt cds b-4, and they worked fine in the Alpine.. and I have tred 2 different brands of CD-R.. No sucess..and I might add I just tryed a older CD .. It worked Great..

sorry I thought I could help you but it has me stumped. No idea.
I had this theory about different brands of cdr because I had a stereo system couple years back that would only play some certain brands/discs and not others. Needless to say I returned it and got my money back.
But that theory seems dead.
Nero 7 premium is pretty good if not the best.
anyway, if I can leave you with one idea perhaps buy a pack of the cdr's that work in the alpine and stick with them ?
One brand I have found is universal is TDK but others disagree.
