i check my cpu temperature it say
cpu: 2200.45 mhz
cpu temp: 55.3 'C
cpu core: 1.374 v
cpu load%: 35%

so i dont think it my cpu overheating
it either my videocard or my power supply
is there a problem to check this?

Your 12v bus is a little low and 250w PS is weak for an old P4, we typically use 350w in that configuration because of the Intel demand and we want to be overly cautious. In fact it might be nice to use a dual 12v PS but you don't have to. You still could be shutting down because of CPU temp if it peaks above the CPU limit set by Intel or your mainboard. I tried to look your board up on Asus's web site but could not find it and I haven't configured that one so I don't know if you can set shutdown temps but I did notice that you are throttling at 25% which you can change to 50% or higher. This will make your PC noise increase as fans will be on more often and higher RPM?s but you will also handle peaks better as well. P4's are notorious for running hot and have problems shutting down if it were an Intel mainboard then I would also suggest installing their temp monitoring program in which you can set shutdown temps and what not.

Also the extra fans are a good idea but again your 12v bus will suffer so a new PS is probably in order. If the PC is a few years old it might be a good idea to clean off the heatsink/CPU and re-grease them.

Good luck, these are always difficult things to troubleshoot.
