I dubbed an old tape onto my hard drive in Mpeg2 format. However, I have some color bleeding that happens occasionally which doesn't look very good after burning it to dvd. Is there any sort of software or encoding you guys would recommend that would take care of this problem?

thought it would be nicve if someone replied to you!

you could try a progrsm called TMPGEncoder - it has some ability to deal with ghosting and color bleeds...
