I cannot seem to get my mp3 player seen by the computer. It is one that looks like a big memory stick. TGE is the brand. If I look in the device manager it is seen in there (with yellow exclamation point) but it doesn't come up under "my computer" when i click on it as removable media. (I have a Dell Dimension 8250) My mouse and keyboard seem to work fine and they are plugged into USB ports. Am I missing some sort of driver? The player did not come with one and I can't seem to find anything on the net stating that I need one. Maybe I need an updated one for my computer? Please help I have been trying to figure this out for some time and have not been able to figure it out.
