I just bought the 4040B for 336 CDN and saw the 105 on sale for 199CDN. Should I return the 4040B? the 4040B is a multidrive and the 105 is a DVD- drive.

Unless you intend on using +R which isnt really needed specifically fr anything, then i would as the Pioneer is a better -R writer than the competition.

Is it possible to find out if my DVD player will be able to read DVD- and / or DVD+ ?
I think PS2 reads both DVD-/+ right?
