Hi!
Well you have to find out where the problem is.
To do that rip the files with DVD Decrypter, load them in DVDx and playback the Vob file with it and see if the rip is correct. If it's not try SmartRipper 2.41.
If it is right encode the movie and watch it again with another player. If it's wrong the problem is with DVDx. If it's OK then it's Nero.
In Nero the only I can think is (if it is a (S)VCD) is too big burn speed. Write the Cd at 8X and watch it.
If it still has a problem then it must be your player!

If you're using Nero to encode then that might be your problem. Nero is crappy for encoding. If your using Nero to encode with I would suggest using TEMPGEnc or CCS.

sorry, im trying to make SVCD, and im using dvdx 2.2 to encode. after i decrypt it, i load it into dvdx, and the playback on it is fine, so i encode it right? but when it is done, it encoded the right amount of frames, but only 2/3 the movie. so there are parts that are encode 2 times, and its not the disk, because i tried 5 different disks with 007, and (for ex. it encodes 15 min., then jumps back 5 min., then it encodes for 15, then jumps back 5. these 3 movies are the only ones out of like 100 movies ive done that do this.
