Help me please after getting a new router (Thomson 585i) and an improved connection (from 1.5 mb/s to 5 mb/s) my dl speeds have decreased dramatically, way lower than the swarm average speed.

I have done everything from port-forwarding (my port is 57823) to firewall unblocking and protocol encryption but to avail. All my dls are below 10 kb/s in the past they hit close to 100 kp/s (enough for me) and yes I have enabled min uploading at at least 25kps for every torrent.

So if anybody can help please help me I am so desperate now

The last thing I did was protocol encryption so that must have done the trick.
