Hi,

Per the subject header my pc will not bootup properly. Everytime I reboot or turn it off I have to unplug it and wait almost 24 hours to plug it back it to turn it on to get it boot up. It will turn on and I can hear the fan running but that is it unless I do as I mentioned above. I think it might be the power supply, I did test it and sufficient voltage is there yet still having this issue. Any suggestions would be of great assistance.. thank you.
