Need Help Connecting Cables which came with pc case

Hiya everyone, i decided to put together a pc, its my first time of doing so and so im now confused lol. I bought;

ASRock 775DUAL-VSTA SKT 775 VIA PT880Pro/ultra with conroe support AGP PCI-E 7.1 channel audio ATX Motherboard
And the Case X-Blade MIDI Tower Case - Silver from aria.co.uk

So ive inserted all the components, graphics card, memory, processor, harddrive, dvd drive etc, but im confused on where to put these cables which came with pc case, there are the following cables

- A Grey cable which spits into 4 at the end, they are named "VCC2" "GND2" "DATA-2" "DATA+2"

- Another Grey cable same as above, but they say "VCC1" "GND2" "DATA-1" "DATA+1"

- Blue and White Cable "POWER SW"

- A cable which splits into 7 "MIC-IN" "L-IN" "R-OUT" "R-IN" "GND" "L-OUT" "MIC-BIAS"

-Another cable which splits into 4 "RESET SW" "POWER LED-" "H.D.D.LED" "POWER LED+"

Please someone help me, i have no idea where they go and dont want to bugger motherboard up before even used it lol. Any feedback is much appreciated =)

When looking at usb headers, it looks like this

How are you able to tell , which of them goes in which?
