I know these q's get asked all the time but much confusion remains.

When Decrypter looks at a dvd it unpacks the VOB set in a window
and then the burn process can take place. Don't answer anything about
Dcrypter if that is off limits.

I have un RAR'red an ISO into a VOB file set in let's call it
folder1.

My goal is to burn the VOB file set.

How to do this in Nero or another program?

Now let's talk about my confusion in the way Nero handles this.
Nero will not open multiple files-- only single files.

My folder1 has multiple VOB files which is unpacked from WinRAR.

How to I get this content (which should run as a normal dvd in a player) burned onto DVD?

I have DD and DS and Nero. Even if I did this everyday I would still have way more problems doing this VOB stuff than doing a simple dvd copy or an edit job of an AVI. Am I missing a step with recode or something?

Any pointer to a guide would be appreciated. A simple answer here would be better.
avi file.

i did as you said and the instructions were clear.

I used Nero Record on the VOB set and the burn proceded
as expected.

However I'm finding out the difficulties in getting content
from the larger world than where I live.

The dvd player player says it cannot play due to the area limitation.

I once looked at the process to make my machine region free but
that was too daunting: enter long strings of code into a
remote control.

The dvd will play on a computer media program but not the player
in the USA. Can I assume that this is a region problem and not
a format NTSC/Pal problem?

If so, can another program strip off regions?
