Another Illegal Disk Error

I am receiving an Illegal Disk error in Nero on my NEC ND-4551A's. So far it has occured on TDK and Memorex media. On the TDK, I received the error, then tried again and it worked fine. I have verified that DMA is on and I just instaled Liggy and Dee's 1-X3 firmware. Here is the log:

might want to try verbatems or better quality ones

Burn process failed at 16x (22,160 KB/s)
try to slow down your burn to 4 or 8x

Still no luck. Sony, Memorex, TDK, Imation, and LG disks throw the same error. I have 4 burners and usually it's a different burner every time I get the error. It does not make any sense.
Anybody have any ideas???

Did you cut the burn speed down to 8x?
How do the burners do just burning 1 at a time? Any problems when not using the multiple burner option.

I am testing using just 2 burners right now and it seems to be working. I will update further after I've run 20 or 30 disks through it.

Ok - 4 may be pushing it on your setup.
If 2 works - try 3 - that may be the magic number.
