"Disc-at-Once" error

Hey everyone
I could really use some help on this one. My burner has been working fine before, but a few months ago it strated to give me the "disc-at-once" errors with Nero. I dont know how to fix it and it has litteraly been driving me crazy.
Ive tried:
-rebooting my PC with all original backup discs.
-uninstalling and reinstalling Nero
-using DVD Decrypter, DVD Shrink, and Any DVD.
-tried Nero 7
-installing new frimware
but nothing works. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this error. Please help me out, i could really use it on this one. Here are my logs from Nero

You have InCD installed, most members recommend uninstalling, heres a clean tool

As Gwen mentioned, you should edit out your Nero serial number unless you want to give it away.
It's the long number in the middle of your Nero log file.

It does not look like Recode was working properly for the burn portion of the process. It's showing multisession as well as a few other odd things so you may want to check your settings:

Try setting a folder on your hard drive as the Recode target. Then once Recode is done, open Nero Express or Burning ROM and use that to burn the video files to a DVD.
This will separate the Recode process from the burn process so we can see where the problem is. All of this is what I saw on your original log. Since you have updated your Nero this may have changed.
And as Gwen mentioned...
If you make another attempt, please post the Nero log for it.
Edit...
One more thing. Make sure you are testing with a non ARcoOS protected movie. I just finished messing around with SAW 3 and found I could induce all kinds of bizarre behavior in various programs. Get your Nero working correctly with a movie you know works.
