nero ver 6.6.0.18 -error : illegal disk (CD/DVD) pls help

I have DELL Inspiron 6000 and have a new NEC nd-6500a dvd/cd burner. I am using Nero 6.6.0.18 for software. I was able to burn couple of CD discs(data) on this till yesterday without any problem.
Today i tried burning (data dvd) for first time and was unable to do so. Then i tried to burn data cd which also was showing error.
I have pasted below the text log of the error message. I have used MoserBaer DVD-R discs/Sony CD-R discs.
Please help me with my issue.
