ok so i just go azueres and I've been checking out other threads but i still don't know how to make my download faster. My default port was 23301 but it's wasn't going too fast so i changed it to 9100. Sometimes it's going at about 15kbs which im fine with but mostly it droppes down to 3kbs and somtimes goes to like 500bs. Sometimes it shoots to like 45kbs for like 5 seconds then drops back down, how do i make it so that it downloads faster!!!! please help!!!

I'll assume that 500 is a typo, use a port over 50,000 and enable Protocol Encryption: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/395674 If you use a router, it needs to be port forwarded in which case a static address will probably be necessary.
