ive just finished putting together my new pc, and when i try to boot it up its goes for one second and then all cuts out, im thinking that somethings shorting out.. any ideas?
Give us specs on the PC. Mobo, CPU, memory, Power supply, etc. Could just be the combination of parts you are using (ie. power supply not putting out enough power)
Leinad123, why did you do a bump after a minute from last post? disconnect all cables from drives. remove all cards & ram except for videocard & 1 stick of ram. try the board out of the case. is all power connectors for motherboard connected?
yeah sorry about that, edited by ddp here didnt notice the extra power cable that needed to be plugged in XD just came back on to let you know i got it sorted :p
