I have just entered this site for the first time tonight.
I have been reading various bits and pieces but cant quite get
the info i need.
I am new to computers and the whole burning process.
I have purchased a new Acer lap top with 80 gig HD and 1.5 gig
memory.Thats about as much as i know.
Can any of you people help me along as I have managed to copy a
drifting DVD to memory on the lap top.Before trying to burn i
tried to play it.The pixles are distorted and it skips little
bits.I have Nero ALCOHOL NTI.

my 1st suggestion is to keep reading as there is heaps on this site.Most people will read for about 6 months to get the background info.

As you are asking thoses 1st questions we all had well i guess as you mention software we may as well proceed that way then.

After you burn't your dvd , you would of being given an option by Nero to keep the log file.If you dont have it can you do another burn and then keep the log file.In your next reply in this topic can you post it but remember to make sure you leave your serial out.Starts with 1A* ETC.

Hi again.Cheers for the help.I will continue to read and will learn a good deal from this site.
I never actually got to burn on to a dvd but as it happens i was able to get software to do the whole job.
Im flat out burning now.
