VDC on a dvd+r cd?

I just bought a 10 pack of dvd+r discs hoping that i could fit my whole movie on it instead of 2 or 3 discs. But i dont have a dvd+r burner Drive i just have a cdr drive. PLS HELP ME!!!! can i put a VCD on that dvd+r disc?? oops sry i messed up on the heading. it is suposed to be vcd not vdc. sry. thx for ur help in advance.

Without a dvd burner u cant but if u get one keep this article in mind..
