Im really looing for a Laptop that can play up to date games. If you can find something that cause less than $1000 I would Appreciate. Plus make sure you have bought something from the website. Please help me find something better that plays GAMES like Sims,Midnight Club 2,Quake

Operating System(s):Xp,Vista,or MEDIA CENTER EDITION
Ram:Atleast 512MB
Graphic: Nvdia GeForce Go 7600 or Higher or ATI Radeon® Xpress
(FAST GRAPHICS THAT REALLY WORK)
Processor: AMD or Intel
Processor Speed :2.0GHz or Higher
Hard Drive: 60GB or Higher
Screen Size:I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE 17 or 20 Inch Screen size. But if you find something smaller I would appriciate it. THX

there are a few places you can start looking. It will not be easy to find a good one with gaming specs, and when you say "up to date" games you are talking about things that will have much higher specs then the games you listed like F.E.A.R., Rainbow Six Vegas, NFS Carbon and others.

here are some minimum requirements on some newer games.
F.E.A.R.
Minimum PC System Requirements

Windows Media Center is just what it says, a media center. It play music and movies and such. Nothing to do with games.
Biggest thing is the graphics card (no onborad graphics which usually suck) and the RAM which you should go for 1GB at least
and of corse a good processor, core2duo if you can afford it.

Oh I thought windows media center play games...But I guess not. I just seen some laptop on tigerdirect.com and I'm still exploring for GRATER SPECS. For not that much money.

you can customize your pc specs to what you need and want.

Also, what you want is not what your gonna get for a grand. You might aswell look on ebay.
