audio not matching w/ video

When putting movies on my ipod, I use DVD Decrypter to rip, then Videora ipod converter to convert the VOB file to Mpeg 4. I use the same process, however this one particular movie, on my ipd, the audio and video do not match up by like 3-4 seconds. I noticed the movie plays fine in Quicktime, but the problem is only on the ipod. Why is this? What do you suggest I do?

I used Vedora for quite some time and had audio/video sync problems until i got rid of it. You can try to change the frame rate which may help but who wants to mess with that?

I use CuCusoft DVD to Ipod converter and it solved those problems real fast.
