What im hearing is the conflict with these programs is drag to disc ? if you dont use this can you run both ?

It's InCD from Nero that's the problem. I've had Roxio and Adaptec EZCD Creator with drag to disc installed with Nero Minus InCD for 3 yeras no conflicts. I use Roxio sound editor still and Nero for DVDs. Others also have both installed. They aren't opened at start up, never run simultaneously and drag to disc is not active unless I use it.

Good looking out, I like to run both, any trick to uninstall inCD ?

I would note my serial number and do an uninstall of Nero and then run the Nero clean tool, defrag and run a ccleaner and reinstall without InCD. If you have 6.6, I can give you the stuff to do it to get back to 6.6.0.18 which is what I run. What's your version.
