I have Nero 6.6.1.4 and am trying to burn a tv show i recorded on my computer. I used super to convert it to a VOB file but Nero won't let me burn it, it says it is and incorrect file type.

Hi.

What is Super? You should be able to import the recorded file into Nerovision Express and burn it. Version 6.6.1.4 is not a good version. Version 6.6.0.18 is recommended instead.

Write down your Nero serial number.
Uninstall the current version.
Run the Nero 6 Clean Tool: http://www.nero.com/nero6/enu/Nero_6_CleanTool.html
Install version 6.6.0.18 from the links below:

Package 2: http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/NVE-3.1.0.21_no_yt.exe

Super is a program that converts video and audio files. My computer won't let me download 6.6.0.18 because i have the newer version.

You should be able to DL version 6.6.0.18 from the links provided. Your computer shouldn't care. Mine doesn't. Version 6.6.1.4 is buggy and they never got around to fixing it up before Nero 7 took over. It's also here:
