I need big help!

I am ATTEMPTING to convert a movie (Not Protected) to DivX using Inter Videos DVDCopy5 and it hangs at 80% on the last step of the process.

I lost my setup file for Dvd4. I have paid for both.

I have been here at this keyboard for three hours now and havent been able to convert my movie.

The process seems to work fine until the last 80% and it just sits there.

ANY HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!
