How do i change the region settings on a poineer A106d. I know i can only change them a total of 4 times but once would be nice if i knew how?

In the drive info section in device manager. Anyway, wait for the RPC 1 hack to come out for it, then you wont have to. It will only be a few weeks

Ive tried that and i cannot see anything to do with region settings there on all tabs. Im using win98se and its a A106 oem. The reason i want to change is thar Im having loads of problems with my backups playing in standalone players but they play perfect in both my pioneer and nec internal dvd drives in my pc.
On all the standalone players ive tried im getting a vertical line down the screen with like a mirror image the other side.if you can help?
