But U need a slot 2 device like M3 Lite. It wont work on slot 1 like M3 simply. Theres no need in dumping on your own anyway with sites out there which already got all your backups.

Thre could be a few reason, 2 come to my mind:

1: If using P2P some ISP do not allow this as it takes up too much bandwidth (I remember reading the terms of one ISP who had a "fair usage" policy which basically said no Bittorrent allowed)

2: Download limits, though if you keep getting blocked because of this I would switch to something with a higher/no limit.

my isp would give me a strike on each download they have flagged and turned of my service forcing me to call them. the 1st one was for click the movie the second was for house of wax and the last one was for rainbow six Vegas for 360. i was using bittorent
