I would like to make a demo disk (Dolby Digital Trailers, DTS Trailers ect..)
I am using DVDShrink I ripped the DD trailers and the DTS trailers to my HD. Can I burn them with nero by dropping all the file into the video_ts folder even though I ripped them from different disk?

No, you can't just drop them in a VIDEO_TS (make sure you use all caps) folder and burn them, they have to be re-authored first so that updated IFO and BUP files can be made to reflect your new mix of content.
TMPGEnc DVD Author would be the best prog to use, as it will allow you to import VOB files directly. The program will also make a up a menu allowing you to select which video you want to play.
Export a new title-set and burn that to DVD-R and you should have no problem...
