hi all im having a problem with nerovision express 3 shutting down constantly, as soon as i start the program and click to add files the program shuts down but stays running in task manager processes.

i tried uninstalling all the Nero software i have and then reinstalled and then got updates from the Nero website but still getting the same problem. Nero vision however is fine and working well as always.

anyone got any ideas
