I have Nero ver 6 i want to upgrade to ver 7 will it be worth it to upgrade & what ver 7 is stable right now.

It really depends on what you are doing or want to do with Nero. If you are moving to Vista or need a program to manage your media files, then you might want to upgrade..
If all you are doing is burning DVDs then stay with 6.
I have 6 on one PC and 7 on another.

I'm using 7.7.5.1 which is the lastest, as far as I know.
Seems stable to me. I haven't had any problems with it.
