Problems with using Nero on my own DVD

Im a sportsman and got a DVD from the TV network as i usaly do from my fight to edit and stick on my website. But this time something is wrong. I use Nerovision to edit out my part but get a crackling sound on the audio. Like the sound is set to max someplace but all the settings i can change or know to change is set to as low as it is and no change. This is happening when playing in Nero showtime also and if i try to recopy the disk thru Nero like draging the vob's into the VOB folder and reburning it happens again, then i cant play it on my dvd player. But the original dvd im having no problem with playing on my DVD player or any other software on my computer. Even the VOB files is playing perfectly on any other player. Just not the program im editing with. What the f***.

Can anyone please help me :)
