Can you use the codebreaker with your backup ps2 games like the gameshark?

I suppose yes but i can't figure out how to use it.
Do I need to convert the results to AR/GS or just put the codes ?

yes first put in your codebreaker han select your codes than instead of a game you put in the swap magic next than you put the backup game and thats it right?
