IfoEdit and DVD splitting (2nd cd chapters)

I just did a splitting of almost famous (uk) using the latest ifoEdit and this guide: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/9893

I have to say that the result is excellent. there's only a small problem in the 2nd cd. The first chapter of the 2nd CD is called 1. and after all that's ok with me. The second chapter is correctly called 11. the only problem is that all the chapter in the 2nd cd have been shifted by 1 chapter. I mean, if I open the chapter menu and I select chapter 20 the player opens chapter 19 (but according to the player it's chapter 19). How can I fix this minor problem? I think that it's just an ifo file that needs editing but which one if it and how should I edit it?
