Greetings;

I am using Nero 7 to convert AVI files and recode to MPEG 4. Is there anyway to adjust the resolution after you convert it to MPEG4. I have a couple videos that I would like to adjust the resolution. Is there a program available? (It doesn't appear that Nero has this capability).

Yes, I understand. Maybe I didn't phrase my question properly.

After you convert video to an MPEG4, and you have the MPEG4 file...is there any way to re-adjust the resolution of the MPEG4 file after you have converted. Thank you for your help on this matter.
