Just had a quick question about what affects utorrents download speed? most the time i am getting around 20-60kb/s but i have 2 other files that i am seeding. does seeding affect your download speed?

What affects?
Internet speed, number of active torrents, amount of global connections, tcp/ip limit (xp sp2), how many seeds/ peers, other apps using internet...

I have not notice that seeding would lover dl speed at all.
