After loading a trial version of Nero I am getting an error message of " The program requires the file "advrcntr2.dll" which was not found on this system.

This seems to be stopping me from using any form of Nero.

Please help

Try doing a clean install of Nero.
Uninstall Nero - run the clean tool.
Then reinstall Nero.
