help with 105 voyager adsl and Azureus

can anyone help with this please i have bt 105 voyager adsl and Azureus and utorrent the download speeds are either extremely slow or non existant dispite there being enough seeders to download a file .
does anyone here know how i can fix this also i'm trying to upload a few different files with Azureus but cant seem to connect to any peers .
any ideas

i tried the instructions to this link http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/73686 but now i cant seem to connect at all

p.p.s my ip asddress reads : 84.92.154.200
untill recently i was using bitcomet and checked the ip address and the host name and they both read: oem-9bfe6af8eca i don't know why or what that means or even if it is a ip address or just the host name and my former bitcomet port was 12202 it woprked fine for me but not for Azureus or utorrent
