Nero 7 problem burning DVD+R DL

Hi all, I'm having terrible bother getting Nero 7 to burn dual layer discs. I'm only trying to burn about 7GB of data, nothing fancy such as DVD copies or the like.
It won't even start the burning process. I'm using Aone 8X DVD+R Dual Layer discs on an LG GSA-4160B internal burner.

Oh well, none of that worked unfortunately. I appreciate the discs are maybe not the best but 1 in 10 should work surely?

That I don't know. If I want data on a disc I use Roxio drag to disc.
