Azureus Changing the location of the download file/folder

In older releases, If I had to change the download file default to another disk or folder, there was an option on the pull down that allowed this and then all you had to do was copy the files that were downloading and re-active the torrent.
This feature seems to have disappeared. Can no longer find it on the right click.
If a disk goes bad, etc, how do you change the downloads to a new folder or disk without starting all over and losing all that work.
I know for 'completed' files, you just change under options but this is the files that are being downloading.
