Hello,

I have a CycloDS Micro, a Passcard 3, and a Kingston 1 GB Micro SD card. I have a few questions about the CycloDS and hopefully some of you will have the answers. I purchased one before I did enough research and now I am having a few problems booting roms.

It seems to be compatible with about 70% of the roms I have tested now. I either get a white screen error, a black screen error, or (most commonly) a 4640K size error where the memory being loaded counts infinitely beyond that 4640K capacity. It's always a 4640K number, never another capacity number. Mostly, if I could get an explanation of that and a possible work around, that would be great.

I did some research and I read that the CycloDS is a sort of knock off of the Supercard series. I mostly saw this in the CycloDS Mini side, not the Micro side, but I wondered if it works the same way. Would it help the compatibility if I used the Supercard firmware to overwrite the CycloDS firmware? Has anyone tried this and could you at least point me to a tutorial?

When it does work, it works really well, when it doesn't work it mostly leaves me frustrated. Once or twice I did find an alternate rom download that would work, so I wondered if maybe those links contained bad dumps. Thanks for any information any of you can give me in advance.
