Problems Backing Up DVD's (Funimation)

Hey, I was having a particularly hard time backing up some of my dvd collection lately. Anime is pretty expensive so for me backing up some of my collection is a priority. I have been using Ripit4Me with (DVD Idle PRo or ANY DVD when needed) along with FIX VTS, DVD Shrink/DVD Decryptor. Most DVD's I have had no problem with until I came to backing up the series Moonphase and TRinity Blood. Both are made by the same company (Gonzo/Funimation) and both have the same problem. The problem is that when I put the copy into my dvd player it plays through the trailers and then stops without getting to the main menu. From there I can hit the number ketys on my remote to skip to the different sections of the DVD including the discs main feaute... but hitting top menu or menu just reverst back to stopping the disc. I tried puttign the discs in my ps2 however and they go to the menu and I was wondering if anybody could help me figure this little problem out. On a final note I have been able to use the Jump To First Valid Menu feature on Ripit4me and tthat does work to an extent but if I ever try to get back to the menu at any point after hitting play or going to any options menus it will stop the disc. Any help would be much apprectiated... I know it isn't the end of the world if I have to live without the menus but it is jsut bugging the hell out of me ;)
