I have Nero 7.3 installed, and I've pretty much uninstalled everything except recode, burning ROM, and the video editing app.

I still have these 2 processes dealing with the Home server function of a component of Nero that is uninstalled. They don't show up in msconfig or CCleaner as startup apps so that I could disable them. Any ideas?

Most versions of Nero 7.3.... were at best, "buggy", my recommendation

uninstall, run this clean tool
http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html and then install this version 7.5.9.0 from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/

probably wont solve your problem , but you will have a MUCH better version

Oops...I do have the latest Nero, not the 7.3. I was thinking of another app. I still can't get rid of those 2 startup processes. Somewhere in the registry to look by chance?

then click on startup then sort out the programs you want to run on startup and click apply and ok.
