This is a very general question; a thorough review of the R4DS would be best source for your answer. The "Homebrew Support" section is old - most programs listed are now compatible.

The R4DS is a clone of the M3 DS Simply http://www.techwizad.co.uk/r4ds.htm they both do exactly the same, the only difference is the look and price.
