I hear ppl are getting 1.2MB/S when i download things from my Browser it go up to 700Kb/s but when i use Azureus it goes Max. 40kb/s

Try this, in Azureus, set a port over 50,000 and disable UPnP: http://www.azureuswiki.com/index.php/UPnP Enable Protocol Encryption: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/395674 and if you use a router, you'll have to port forward it and probably set a static ip address as well.

speed is also dependent on your isp's bandwidth restrictions. Pretty much all DSL has a much higher download speed than upload speed.
