nero burning rom wont work

hi i have Nero 7 and it worked fine until last week. i tried to use the burning rom but an error comes up and it closes down. it was firne before that. i tired to repair it but it still doesnt work any suggestions besides re-downloading it. thanks alot

What does the error say?
Anything change pc since this started happening?

You may need to uninstall Nero - run theclean tool then install again.

I would also after installing and running the clean tool - reboot then run a registry cleaner like the free ccleaner. Use the issues & cleaner options. Then install Nero again.
