Even after I forwarded all of my ports correctly, it says that there are no incomming connections. It also says that the port is not open so I can't get any download speeds higher than 10 kb/s. I used this guide http://portforward.com/english/routers/p...24/Utorrent.htm and did everything there including setting up a static ip address.

Im using the following:
D-link 524 router
Windows xp/sp2
10 mb/s line

If you need any more info just ask. Any suggestions?

Double check you've port forwarded right and check your firewall allows your torrent client access to the network.
