Is the x1950 PRO for AGP going to be able to run dx10, or will I just end up buying another card for the dx10 game crowd?

all ati 1xxx cards and nvidia 7xxx cards are dx9 only, the ati 2xxx cards and the nvidia 8xxx cards are/will be dx10.
