Is it this one? $19.99 plus shipping from Waggle Systems in California (You do not say what country you are in)

AC Adapter for ME-350U2, ME-350U2F, ME-350ISA External Enclosure Kits

INPUT: 100-240V~5--60Hz 0.5A
OUTPUT: 12.0V --- 2000mA / 5.0V --- 2000mA

Plenty of Chinese web sites offering it if you buy 5000. Maybe they can tell you the name of a local seller in your country. This is an example

Try typing SPP34 into Google...

Maybe another 12v / 5v PSU would work?

Hi Kevin

Just wondered if you'd had any luck sorting out your power supply problem? Exactly the same thing has happened to mine and I'm hitting a brick wall. Did you end up having to take it to a shop?

Is it for a Sumvision external hard drive enclosure? Different enclosures use different brands, and a Sumvision one I had used a Flypower adapter (the enclosure was awful, but I had no complaints about the power adapter). If this is the case, it'd probably be cheaper to replace the unit.
