I was using the guide to convert a dvd to svcd with tmpgenc from this site and I ripped the dvd with smart ripper and that worked fine. After that i followed the steps exactly to decode the audio with dvd2avi and when i go to decode the audio it takes 5 min but it says in the guide that this means you did something wrong and it should take approx 30 min, but i followed the directions exactly. Im not sure what im doing wrong, can someone please help me?

Help is at hand from Koola.

Did you select all of the VOB files in the add box as it sounds like you only selected the one and thats why it took 5min?
