How do I edit audio delay in vob files?

I have some .vob files where the audio is out of sync, what program can I use to correct this for VOB files?

Yes it was downloaded, and the AVI was out of sync so I edited the audio delay in VirtualDub to fix it. But now the vobs are out of sync.

What app did you use to convert the AVIs to VOBs?

The Film Machine and it was encoded with CCE. I usually use DVD2SVCD but it would not work with this AVI file (more explained here) so I tried The Film Machine.

I've tried editing the AVI audio delay in both YAAI and VirtualDub.

I wasn't sure from your first post if you ended up with a synced AVI after VirtualDub.
If the new AVI is synced ok, try VSO DivX2DVD to see if it's output is synced.

I've got it converted successfully in ConvertXtoDVD.
