try videora..not sure if it convert DivX.

There is another good program that works really well and keeps the audio in sync more than videora has for me and it is called SUPER and you can get it from here.

I don't know about this one, but the one I mentioned comes with all the codec's bundled in that you would need to do the converting.

Just use Videora. It's fast and easy, and will convert DivX.

videora is a very buggy software, you use it more it creates more problems, just my 2 cents.
